- Certain decuments are required on process. Proposal of any changes of your order would be only accepted before your confirmation of proforma invoice.
- In case of some goods are out of stock (under production), please give us your direction about the shipment you prefer (partial / all in one time).
- The period from receiving your P/O to shipment should not be longer than 30 days except for these cases :
1) all / some of ordered products are out of stock
2) or any other reasons causing at our side.
- Sometimes we might not have stock of ordered items.
In case of that, we will give you information when the goods are available. - Please note that the order q'ty of each item should be devided by the packing unit.
- We are sorry that our products are not returnable except for defective goods or wrong delivery.
